Florida case on smokable medical marijuana gets experience date
TALLAHASSEE, Fla. - A hearing on Florida banning smokable forms of medical marijuana going to be heard with a circuit court judge in probably. Leon province Judge Karen Gievers going to hold a non-jury experience on probably 16 to set if the ban violates the 2016 state constitutional amendment that legalized medical marijuana. People United for Medical Marijuana, that is the committee formed with Orlando attorney John Morgan, filed the grievance final July against the state's Department of Health. Morgan spearheaded the constitutional amendment, that was confirmed with 71 percent of voters.
