TALLAHASSEE — 2nd woman Karen Pence unveiled an initiative Wednesday to increase art medication curing & education at Florida State University, that has 1 of the oldest art- medication programs in the country. Pence, wife of Vice President Mike Pence, said she was inspired with her experiences When visiting people who benefit from art medication. She plans to highlight such medication programs throughout the country & advocate for further study regarding the practice. "Unfortunately, art medication isn't well known, however I wish to change that," she said. It is under-the-radar sufficient that just twelve states license art therapists.

She has visited numerous art medication programs, both in the U.S. & abroad, & on Wednesday in Florida, 9 months into the Organization, she planned to formally declare the goals for her art medication initiative. She wants to help people understand the difference among art medication & arts & crafts, & to grasp that art medication is a viable option for handling trauma, injury & other life experiences. The school has an art medication programme she described as "tremendous."Blabbing to a girlfriend could be therapeutic, she explained, however it isn't the same as art medication, that has 3 elements: a client, a trained therapist & art. She's too launching a blog in conjunction by Wednesday's declaration to chronicle her visits to art medication programs.
