Fresh Ebola virus outbreak declared in Democratic Republic of the Congo
The Gov. of the Democratic Republic of the Congo declared a Fresh outbreak of Ebola illness (EVD) in Bikoro in Equateur county today (eight probably). Bikoro is situated in Equateur county on the shores of Lake Tumba in the north-western portion of the country near the Republic of the Congo. This is DRC's 9th outbreak of EVD ever ever the discovery of the virus in the country in 1976. WHO launched America$ one mn from its emergency Fund for Emergencies to backing response activities for the following 3 months by the goal of stopping the spread of Ebola to surrounding counties & countries.
