referring to State's Teenager mental health care lagsTens of thousands of Teenagers in Connecticut continue don't have access to efficient mental health care, despite the passage of a 2008 federal law requiring health insurers to provide equal advantages for mental health. "That leaves about 125,000 Kids without mental health care in Connecticut," said Susan Kelley, director of the Alliance for Kids's Mental Health. Advocates point to low reimbursements with health insurers, that discourage psychologists & other mental health providers from joining networks, & lead to high out-of-sine costs for families. "There are difficulty-working middle-class families who do Beautiful well, however they could't afford proven mental health services, especially residential care," Kelley said. When some progress has been made, advocates tell there has been tiny success in coordinating Kids's mental health services.collected by :Lucy William
