Ohio's medical marijuana programme moves 1 step closer to launch

Medical marijuana prescriptions can soon be coming from a doctor's office near you. The State Medical Board of Ohio has started the application process for doctors. The state & medical board require physicians to full a 2 hour course on prescribing medical marijuana. The state confirmed medical marijuana back in September of 2016. Under the law, certified physicians can recommend patients by qualifying medical conditions to apply for medical marijuana patient cards.

Knox Medical opened it's doors to allow you see what it's such as to be a patient. Cam Martin is the director of retail operations for Knox Medical. Knox Medical is holding a job fair on Tuesday at the Fredrick Street location in Hanover.
