The help line have to be staffed from seven a.m. to nine p.m. Monday out of Saturday, per the Ohio State Board of Pharmacy contract. Ohio is still in the process of setting up its medical marijuana programme, that going to serve patients who have one of 21 qualifying medical conditions & a doctor's recommendation to Utilize medical marijuana.the reason US Congress have to protect medical marijuana federalism else 30 days
As it stated in test/OPINION:It is time for the real federalists in US Congress to intensify & stop Attorney General Jeff Sessions' war on medical marijuana. These states have all changed the law to make medical marijuana lawful within the states' borders. The funding rider protects the Justice Department from interfering by states which have consented to medical marijuana, yet Mr. Sessions to commence a war on medical marijuana states. If the Rohrabacher/Leahy approach prevails, the federal government going to be protected from interfering in state legal medical marijuana activities.collected by :Lucy William
