We live in this weird world where we have these states that have legalized marijuana or medical marijuana, and of course it's 100-percent illegal federally, right? Department of Health warns Floridians about Medical Marijuana Scams
TAMPA, Fla. - The Florida Department of Health is urging people in the Sunshine state to be aware of potential medical marijuana scams. The Department of Health's Office of Compassionate Use is the only agency issuing identification cards for medical marijuana in Florida. As for businesses advertising free or reduced costs, there are only seven dispensing organizations authorized to cultivate, process and dispense medical marijuana.
