TOLEDO, Oh.(WNWO) -- Just a couple of days before Ohio's medical marijuana law takes effect, a northwest Ohio city says "not so fast." Thursday in Ohio, any marijuana arrests will turn out pretty much the same as they do now. While the law opens the door for a state medical marijuana program, it will likely take two years for the state to make rules and set up processes to grow, process, test and sell the drugs.
