How's that again?On ColoradoCare (Amendment 69 on the ballot this November) the argument I hear most often from groups opposing it is that their analysis shows that in 10 years there may be a budget shortfall and rates for ColoradoCare would have to go up.Yesterday it was announced that health insurance rates in Colorado are expected to go up an average of 20 percent next year.

Updated: Sep 25, 2016 - 12:06 AMHundreds of veterans received the help they needed Saturday thanks to volunteers in Pittsburgh.All of the veterans are either homeless or at risk of becoming homeless, so organizers said events like the Sand Down Fair at State AE can really make a difference."It's a day for veterans who are the most vulnerable or at risk to really come out and get access to a variety of services they need in one place," said Ben Stahl, executive director for the Veterans Leadership Program of Western Pennsylvania.
