A lawsuit was filed Tuesday morning against James McClanahan for violating Ohio consumer protection laws.(Photo: File)MANSFIELD - Richland County employees will see a redesigned health plan similar to what they currently have although they will be paying higher out-of-pocket expenses and higher premiums when the county switches from a self-insured health plan to a pool of 35 counties in 2017.County Commissioners decided on and approved their options during a meeting Tuesday with representatives of the County Employee Benefits Consortium of Ohio, a service provided by the County Commissioners Association of Ohio.
