A fire broke out early Monday morning at an east Bakersfield medical marijuana dispensary.Firefighters found flames shooting from the 2,500-square-foot, two-story Golden State Hempire Collective at Niles Street and West Drive.Identifying himself as a representative for the collective, Hector Ramirez told Eyewitness News the dispensary's surveillance cameras caught a man near the door on the west side of the building just before the fire was reported.
