As it stated in Congress only allowed the Children's Health Insurance Program, that provided low-cost health insurance to nine mn children, to expire. Amid failing efforts to cancel & replace the Affordable Care Act, the Republican-led US Congress allowed the CHIP deadline to pass without action.
