Other provisions which the state of Ohio has established involve authorizing the municipality to regulate the processing & sale of the medical drug. The state going to allow 24 growers & up to 40 processors to make marijuana oils, patches, topical lotions, capsules, & edibles. Cuyahoga province (along by Franklin & Hamilton) could have up to 5 dispensaries.

CLEVELAND - The Cleveland Council adopted zoning legislation Monday night "that allows state-licensed medical marijuana cultivators, processors, retail dispensaries & testing laboratories to operate in certain Regions in the city." The legislation includes state restrictions, that includes limiting operations' proximities to schools, parks, churches & libraries - usually 500 feet. The Utilize of medical marijuana was legalized on September eight, 2016, however the rules of the legislation were not full until this summer. According to state legislation, municipalities could regulate the processing & sale fo the medical drug.
