Puerto Rico was indeed stressed by 1 of the poorest medical systems in the United States, however the dual blow of 2 great hurricanes has left this island by a medical crisis which is usually reserved for war zones. But we hear about a US-based aid organization, Direct decrease , which has shipped $1.7 million dollars of medical supplies to San Juan.
