Navy infirmary ship USNS Comfort departs for Puerto Rico by medical supplies & staff
NORFOLK, Va — The Military Sealift Command infirmary ship USNS Comfort has deployed from Norfolk & is headed to Puerto Rico to backing decrease efforts in the aftermath of Hurricane Maria. The ship departs by 522 medical personnel & backing staff, along by 70 civil service mariners. The Navy said the medical personnel going to involve a complete spectrum of medical care including general practice, family medicine, nephrology, & pediatrics. CBS break news reports the infirmary ship is Guessed to arrived no later than Tuesday.
