The Monongalia County Commission will meet next in the 2nd floor of the County Courthouse on June 7. MORGANTOWN, W.V.a — Monongalia County Commission approved Highmark Credit Union to be the vender to manage the funds to the Health Savings Account. "We discussed going with the Highmark partner so that the employees have the maximum amount of options and flexibility."Starting August 1, employees of Monongalia County will be able to apply for a new health insurance plan. The account will consist of $2,000 that an employee can use towards health insurance bills. During Wednesday's meeting, the Commission also approved up to funding $5,000 towards an ADA accessible porch and ramp project for the McCurdysville Community Association.
