AUSTIN — Texas will cut millions of dollars from payments for therapy services for disabled children starting next month, state officials said Monday.Following a nearly yearlong legal battle over the reductions in what Medicaid will pay therapy providers, the Health and Human Services Commission will move forward Dec. 15.Carrie Williams, a spokeswoman for the commission, said that the agency will monitor the Medicaid cuts to make sure they don't hurt children.
