Health giant UPMC, that initially shied away from Pennsylvania's fledgling medical marijuana programme, has created latest guidelines for its doctors interested in certifying patients for curing. "The shift is that it has become further & further clear that medical marijuana is really an important issue to patients. In Pennsylvania, doctors must register by the state Department of Health, that requires taking a 4-hour training course, before they could certify patients for medical marijuana.
