BOSTON a The Massachusetts Senate expects to vote Thursday night on a comprehensive health care bill. A vote in favor of the bill would send it to the home, that is likely to make great changes. The Senate started debating the bill Wednesday & began plowing out of some of the 162 amendments introduced with lawmakers. Senators have stressed the importance of the bill as a method to get better the state's health care system. "My large worry about the Senate health care bill is it doesn't keep the state any money," Baker said.
