In preparation for the next wave of health insurance enrollment through Ohio's federally operated exchange, funds have been given to help uninsured individuals understand their options, including thousands in Williams County.Nearly $2 million has been granted by the federal government to the Ohio Association of Foodbanks (CareNet Navigator program) and HRS/Erase, Inc. to facilitate enrollment in a federal exchange plan or in entirely income-based Medicaid.
